Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solsky (the "Game"), a browser-based, tile-based multiplayer building game operated at solsky.fun. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Solsky runs entirely in your browser. Signing in is a cryptographic signature that proves ownership of a Solana wallet — it moves no funds and costs no gas. Some features are settled on-chain (Solana) and are opt-in; the Game currently runs against Solana devnet, meaning on-chain assets used in the Game have no real-world value until stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Game, and you are responsible for complying with local laws regarding online games and cryptocurrency where you live.
3. Non-custodial wallet use
Solsky is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or private keys. Your wallet, your keys, your responsibility — we cannot recover a lost seed phrase or reverse a transaction you approved. Only sign transactions you understand.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to exploit, cheat, reverse-engineer server logic to gain unfair advantage, disrupt other players, or use the Game for anything unlawful.
5. Virtual items
In-game items, currencies, and progress exist for gameplay purposes. Where an item is represented on-chain, it is still subject to network conditions, program upgrades during active development, and the risks inherent to blockchain technology.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is," in active development, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solsky and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including losses related to on-chain transactions you authorize with your own wallet.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
