Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Solsky (solsky.fun) collects when you play the Game and why. We built Solsky to need as little of your data as possible: signing in only requires a wallet signature, never an email, password, or personal profile.
1. What we collect
- Wallet address — used as your account identifier. We never see or store your private key or seed phrase.
- Gameplay data — inventory, position, progress, and in-game actions, needed to run the Game's authoritative server.
- On-chain data — for any transaction you choose to sign, the transaction itself is public on the Solana ledger, as with any blockchain interaction.
- Standard web logs — basic request metadata (via our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.
2. What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email, or payment details, and we don't sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-party services
The Game loads a small number of third-party resources: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics beacon), the wallet extension you choose to connect with, and — where relevant — the Jupiter swap widget for on-chain conversions. Each operates under its own privacy policy; Solsky does not share your wallet address with them beyond what your own signed transactions already make public on-chain.
4. Local storage
The Game stores small amounts of data in your browser's local storage (your remembered wallet choice, session tokens, UI preferences) to avoid re-prompting you on every visit. Clearing your browser storage clears this.
5. Children's privacy
Solsky is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
